How we suggest a starting point
Recommendations are based on reading load, how precise the controls need to be, how many rules a game has, and how much frustration a stalled board can cause. We never collect age, grade, or any personal detail.
What each game asks of a player
Minesweeper Pattern Academy — Starter
Fits players who can understand what a number next to other cells means. A first session together with an adult works best: read one clue out loud, then decide.
Sliding Puzzle — 3×3 first, then 4×4
The 3×3 board is the lowest barrier to entry on the site. The 4×4 board needs longer plans, so it is best after the small board feels routine.
Color Flood Duel — Starter
Emphasizes choosing a color and taking turns. Players who see colors differently can rely on the number and pattern labels on every cell.
